Is this therapy?

No. This is accountability and life coaching — not therapy, and not medical or legal advice. If something surfaces that belongs with a licensed professional, I will tell you plainly and help you find the right person. You keep ownership of your choices the whole way.

What is the time commitment?

We meet every two weeks. Between sessions, the work is yours, and it is lighter than you think — a few honest minutes a night with the Nightly Account, and the small promises you make to yourself during the day.

How does payment work?

Payment is made in full before the first session, so that when we begin, we begin fully. Details and options are shared when you reach out.

Who is this for?

The woman who is already self-aware and tired of running scripts she did not write — ready to take ownership without blame, and without waiting for permission.

What if it is not right for me?

There is an exit guarantee. Within the first stretch of the engagement, if in good faith this is not right for you, you can step out. No one is kept anywhere by force — that would defeat the entire point.
